#1 Get a Dream book and write down 100 dreams.
#1 Get a Dream book and write down 100 dreams.
#2 Review your dream book each day. Date the day you put a dream in your dream book and the day you accomplish it.
#3 Set up a timeline for each dream: 12months (short term), 3-5 years (mid term), 5 years and more (long term).
#4 Hold yourself and your team accountable for acheiving the dreams.
